A selection of Saracens players welcomed employees of Allianz and Kennedys Law firm to the training ground today.
The like of Kelly Brown, Will Fraser, Richard Wigglesworth, Jamie George and Nick Fenton-Wells were present at the Saracens training ground for the exchange day.
The members of Allianz and Kennedys law firm were at Old Albanians today as part of their respective high performance pathway schemes they are running in conjunction with Saracens.
“The day aimed to challenge the group in a different high performance environment” said Saracens Psychology and Personal Development Officer David Jones.
He added; “We hope that they come away from today with an understanding of how other high performing organisations can aid them in their own working environments”.
Saracens flanker Will Fraser; “We’re here today to put some people from Allianz and Kennedys through their paces and introduce to them what it’s like to be a Saracens player”
He added; “We’ve been putting them through some fitness drill, some rugby specific training and talked about nutrition and our experiences in rugby – hopefully they have enjoyed the experience and hopefully we provided them with a snapshot of how we do things here at the club.”
