Charity Request Procedure

So far this year Saracens have helped local charities raise over 50,000 for their causes.

As a company we work closely with our two nominated charities, Aspire and the Wooden Spoon.

But in addition to this, Saracens are keen to support their supporters in a number of ways where appropriate. We are inundated with requests every day of the week and therefore have put into place a set of criteria for deciding which additional charities we are able to support.

In order to considered your charity will need to write a letter on headed notepaper to: Sam Denton, 3rd Floor, Rigby House, 34 The Parade, High Street, Watford, Herts WD17 1EA, stating any connections your organisation have with Saracens e.g. Season Ticket Holder, Member or regular match attendee, and when the fundraiser is taking place.

We will prioritise requests from Saracens Supporters and Local Charities enabling us to support the local community in the most efficient way possible.

As an alternative fundraising method, we also offer the opportunity to take advantage of our special group ticket offer at Saracens home games. Through this avenue, your fundraising organisation may be able to make in excess of 3 per ticket sold, which can go directly to your charity.
