This will include coach education, match day services, professional player support, website development, cash back and advise where possible best practice for running your club.
Club Development Plans
Clubs are welcomed to share and discuss their development plans with us on a personal and one to one level. Where possible we will attempt to facilitate each individual club with their specific requirements, aims and objectives to develop grass root and community rugby.
Coach Education - Services & Products
Coach education is vital part of the CPP for 2009/10. The development sessions will be accessible for all partner club coaches and Saracens will provide training ground open evenings, Coach the Coaches sessions, specific skill development evenings and in addition to this it is envisaged we will facilitate and increase the accessibility to accredited courses and RFU qualifications for partner clubs. We will also communicate any workshops and offer advice that we feel will be beneficial to partner clubs i.e. securing funding for your sports clubs, and building relationship with your local schools.
Communications
Each club within their geographical area will be encouraged to communicate with a Saracens Community Development Officer. This will allow clubs the best routes into local primary and secondary schools and open up communication channels to help with recruitment of new players for your club. On top of this our CDO’s will communicate with them relevant development evenings and funding streams that they may wish to get involved with.
The club aims to develop its communications with partner clubs during 2009-10 with community newsletters and regular meeting with our Liaison Officers. Our liaison officers are the key point of contact for the Saracens relationship for your club. They will communicate any development opportunities to their members, players and coaches that will be of benefit to the club.
Partner clubs will be able to utilise the Saracens Partner Club logo on their website, kit and correspondence to increase the credibility and professionalism with sponsors partners and members.
