Saracens

We are delighted to announce the launch of the inaugural Saracens Cup. The competition has been designed following the tremendous success of one off mini and midi age group festivals in recent seasons. The Saracens Cup will provide organised and structured competition; qualified and experienced referees; high quality facilities; access to Saracens professional players; and further added value through attendance of a Saracens match. Each day of competition will take place within the laws of the RFU continuum for each age group.

Saracens community staff will be on site helping to create a professional, safe and friendly environment in which players can enjoy their games, win lose or draw. The festivals have been designed to provide young players with a total rugby experience, contributing to their personal development on and off the field an providing a unique insight into the professional game. Saracens will instill some of the values that drive our professional players, urging future stars of the game to play with passion and commitment, showing respect and discipline to the referee and opponents, and working effectively as a team throughout the festivals.

Saracens will host all competitions within no more than a 20 minute drive from either Wembley or Vicarage Road Stadium. Having the festival tied into a Saracens match day will allow for memorable family days out and provide the perfect mix of physically playing the game and also the pleasure of observing some of the biggest names in the Aviva Premiership, responsible for some of the most exciting and expansive rugby in Europe.

The dates and details of each age group festival is outlined below. Further details regarding the venues, competition rules etc will provided upon confirmation of your participation.
