Global Network Review

The weekend saw three wins out of three for the Saracens Global Network clubs, as well as a historic making victory. Catch up with everything that happened across the Saracens world:

Abu Dhabi Saracens

Abu Dhabi Saracens defeated Abu Dhabi Harlequins 10-6 in the Capital Cup. It was the first time in their history that they had defeated the Abu Dhabi side. Back-to- back victories for Abu Dhabi Sarries against two of the top side in Gulf rugby suggests there may just be a power shift occurring in the region.

Impala Saracens, Nairobi

Impala Saracens bounced back from last week’s defeat with an 84-6 victory over bottom placed Kenya Cup side, Mombasa. Impala Saracens were in sparkling form and hammered the travelling side for 80 minutes, scoring 14 tries in the process. The result could mark a turning point in the season, with the club struggling for consistency so far.

Kuala Lumpur Saracens

KL Saracens defeated Storms 28-15 in a pre-season friendly at the Baker Hughes Arena. Sarries showed their fighting spirit as they came back from 15-3 down to take the victory. KL Saracens are preparing to start their season proper: the Liga KRS commences January 31st.

Lelo Saracens, Tbilisi

Lelo Saracens play the next round of the Georgian Premier Division at the end of January.

Moscow Saracens

Timisoara Saracens

Timisoara Saracens begin their pre-season in February, with the SuperLiga Championship kicking off in April.
