Gloucester our 'sole focus' - Sorrell

Kevin Sorrell believes Saracens will learn from their 21-11 defeat away to Bath as they prepare for Saturday’s Premiership clash against Gloucester at Allianz Park.

Gloucester travel to north London on the back of an impressive defeat of Leicester Tigers, and backs coach Sorrell believes Saracens will have to take their defeat against Bath "on the chin" as they prepare to face the Cherry & Whites this Saturday.

“There’s a quiet frustration amongst the lads after the Bath game,” said Sorrell.

“We've looked at the game and tried to learn from where we went wrong. It’s important we take those lessons on the chin and try improve on a few areas when we face Gloucester - our attention is solely focussed on Saturday’s game."

He added; “Gloucester have come off the back of a good win against Leicester. Regardless of what anyone says about Leicester’s current form, to put on that many points and control the game the way they did means that they are doing plenty of things right. We’ll have to have a look at that and concentrate on the areas where they pose us threats.”
