Season Ticket Terms and Conditions of issue 09/10
1. The season ticket allows the holder entry to the home playing venue for the Guinness Premiership, home league matches, Anglo welsh and the European competition fixtures played by the club. Additional matches, such as the knockout stages of the cup competitions or play off stages of the competitions are not included.
2. Season ticket holders will be offered priority booking for any home knockout matches in cup competitions. These will be chargeable and are subject to a booking fee.
3. Season ticket holders will be notified of how to purchase tickets for other cup, friendly and special matches through EMAIL, on the website www.saracens.com and the news media. Season ticket holders will NOT be automatically notified by post.
4. Saracens Ltd reserves the right to change the venue, date and kick off of any match. Saracens Ltd will endeavour to make season ticket holders aware of any fixture changes via e-mail but advise that the onus is on the season ticket holder to check through official channels.
5. There maybe occasions where you may have to move from you original seats this maybe due to unforeseen circumstance such as sky games etc. We will make all possible efforts to ensure your experience isn't negatively effected in anyway.
6. Any upgrades MUST be made prior to a match day. These will not be available on a match day and will be limited.
7. Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws of the Rugby Football Union and Saracens Ltd.
8. If your season ticket card is defaced do not dispose of the remains, contact the club immediately 01727 792 800. A charge of £10 will be made for a replacement card.
9. Saracens Ltd cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen season tickets. If you lose your card please report it immediately to the club. A charge of £10.00 will be made for a replacement card.
10. Saracens Ltd also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this season ticket if the holder has not paid in full on or before the date specified by Saracens Ltd, and to require immediate payment at the publicised gate prices for all games attended using the season ticket prior to the date of withdrawal and/or cancellation.
11. Tickets cannot be exchanged and no refunds will be made in respect of unused tickets.
12. Season tickets are strictly non-transferable and the holder is not permitted to re-sell any of the games contained therein.
13. Cancellation of a season ticket will incur a 10% administration charge.
14. Saracens Ltd reserves the right to amend the conditions from time to time in order to comply with competition regulations and legislations. The conditions apply only to the competitions in which Saracens participates at the time of issue.
15. Season ticket holders will automatically receive tickets for matches not included in their season ticket if signed up to Cup Autopay. Should the ticket not be required, a full refund will be issued from the ticket office on receipt of the unused tickets with seven days of the date of the game.
16. Any Season Ticket Holder forgetting to bring their season ticket book to a match must buy a ticket at the full match day price. On presentation of the lost/forgotten season ticket voucher within seven days after the match is played a refund less a £10 administration fee will be given.
Junior/Concession Definition
Juniors: any person aged 3-16 years of age (inclusive) as of 01/09/09
Student: any person in full time education from ages 17-22 only. A copy of a letter of acceptance needs to be provided.
Senior citizens: any person aged 65 and over as of 01/09/09.
Registered disabled persons: A limited number of wheelchair positions are available - please contact the Ticket Office on 01727 792 800.
Proof of status for concessionary tickets may be requested.
