Director of Rugby Mark McCall praised his sides opening 30 minutes as Saracens blew away the Warriors with four tries in half-an-hour, as they ran out 8-26 winners at Sixways Stadium.
“We’ve struggled at Sixways over the last few seasons so to come and get a win, and come away with the bonus points means we are very happy. I though the score-line was a bit unfair on Worcester to be honest – they fronted up today and made life very difficult for us” said McCall.
“We just happened to be very clinical today – we scored four tremendous tries, took the chances that came our way and we defended really well in the second half.
“Our attack in the first 30 minutes of the game was outstanding and the way we fought for each other in the second half is what we are all about” added the 46-year-old.
