New Ticketing Site To Launch
With today's fixture launch we will also be launching a new e-ticketing site at 11:00.
We are really excited about these changes and hope that the new system will provide our supporters with everything you are used to as well as providing some additional new benefits.
The primary change with the new site which supporters should be aware of is that they will no longer need their Client Reference Number to log into their internet account. Going forward, all log in details will consist of the email address which is associated with your Saracens account and a unique password.
When accessing the online ticketing system for the first time after this date supporters will be prompted to generate a password which will be emailed to them. Supporters should then log into the system and change their password to something of their choice by selecting password in the account settings menu on the right hand side of the page.
Please note, an email address can only be used on one internet account. If you have multiple season tickets within your booking each individual client does not need an internet account. So all tickets can be managed via your one single email address.
