Welcome to Pioneers
Over the past two and a half years Saracens have been developing a unique programme. This programme is called the Saracens Pioneers and is based on inviting the volunteer sector in assisting with delivering the perfect match day experience. The programme offers volunteers the opportunity to join the team who have been tasked to develop a new way of enhancing the match day experience of all the visitors to the stadium.
As proven during 2012 the value volunteerism cannot be taken for granted. At Saracen the club designed a volunteer programme which is based on best practise that was developed with more than a decade of experience in how to ensure the spectator remembers his/her experience at the stadium because of their interaction with the team welcoming them at the stadium.
It is therefore an opportunity for Saracens to welcome all of the Saracens Pioneers to the club. The programme is the first of its kind and Allianz Park will be a world first in terms of its technology, artificial playing surface, and community use and of course, the welcome visitors will receive – and that is what makes the Pioneers so important.
The Pioneers forms part of the match day experience at Allianz Park and compliments the Saracens Vision of “To be the most innovative, hard-working and caring rugby organisation in the world…..”
