Saracens - Ticket Exchange

Ticket Exchange

Welcome to the Saracens Ticket Exchange service where season ticket holders can sell their tickets to fellow Saracens fans for games they are unable to attend.

Ticket Exchange Benefits

  • Using this service enables season ticket holders the opportunity to seek financial return on their season ticket.
  • An interactive seat map will display all available tickets in one location which will simplify the booking process.
  • The Exchange provides members a secure and convenient service to resell tickets to fellow members.

How does it work?

Season ticket holders unable to attend a game can make their ticket available once the match is sold out via the Ticket Exchange service (subject to restrictions).

Upon a buyer being found and a sale being made, your card will be disabled for the game and the buyer will be issued with a ticket. The credit for the ticket sale (less a 10% administrative charge) will be deducted from the cost of your 2015/16 season ticket renewal. If you sell tickets on Ticket Exchange during the forthcoming season your redemption will be automatically taken off your 2015/16 season ticket renewal price.

Below is a step by step guide on how to sell your match ticket on Saracens Ticket Exchange.

Step 1 – Visit the Online Box Office, enter your customer number and password. If you have forgotten your password click the Forgotten Password link and the password will be emailed to you.

Step 2 - If a match is sold out and Ticket Exchange is applicable then a TX Sell ticket button will appear next to the relevant match. Click ‘Buy Tickets’ next to the game you want to use Ticket Exchange on. Select the season ticket seat you wish to post for sale and click on the ‘Sell Tickets’.

If you are posting multiple tickets for sale on behalf of other season ticket holders then please ensure that you add each member to your online network prior to the process.

Step 3 – A summary box will appear confirming the tickets to be posted for sale on the Ticket Exchange and the default date/time when the posting will automatically be cancelled. Select Complete Sale.

If you wish you can change this date so the posting cancels sooner but NOT later than the default date. Should the seat not be sold your Season Ticket will remain in place for the match.

Step 4 - A final confirmation screen will appear with full details of the seat/s to be posted and the value you will receive for the seat should it be sold. After accepting the terms and conditions, click Complete Sale. You will then receive an email confirming the posting.

Should the seat be sold then a confirmation email will be sent and your Season Ticket Card will be de-activated for the match. A credit will be made against your account for the value of the ticket as stated in Step 3 which can be used as a credit against the renewal of your season ticket for the following season.

If a season ticket holder wishes to see the status of their posted seat(s), they can do so by logging into their ticketing account via the e-ticket hub. When logged in, click on the Ticket Exchange option where up-to-date details of your ticket will be provided. Please note that should your seat NOT be sold then your season ticket will become valid once the posting expires. It is therefore the responsibility of the seller to ascertain whether the seat has been sold as no e-mail confirmation will be sent if a ticket is not sold.
