Saracens academy manager Don Barrell; “It was a great opportunity for our younger academy players to play after all of the hard work they have put in during the pre-season. It’s a hugely valuable time of year for us, as we get to spend more time to work with the players. They’ve had a nine week pre-season where they have been training with the coaches most days and have also had the opportunity to go on a week’s camp as a group.".

He added; "We challenged the players to display to strong work ethic over the pre-season and last weekend’s tournament and we are delighted with their efforts”.

Saracens U18s fixtures and dates will be announced soon on saracens.com.
