Saracens to be at home in London Double Header
Premiership Rugby can today confirm that next season's London Double Header will take place on Saturday 28 November, with tickets now on sale.
The home teams in this eagerly-awaited annual clash will be Aviva Premiership Rugby champions Saracens and London Irish with the away sides confirmed at the Fixtures Launch on 3 July, at the top of the BT Tower in central London.
Saracens will be retuning to Twickenham for the first time since they lifted the Aviva Premiership trophy after beating Bath in May.
"The London Double Header has become one of the highlights of the Aviva Premiership Rugby calendar,” said Premiership Rugby's Commercial Director, Dominic Hayes.
"With Twickenham not available until after the Rugby World Cup this is the earliest we are able to schedule this year's London Double Header but we are pleased that we will we once again deliver a day that club rugby fans really look forward to.”
