After only three days on general sale, more than 15,000 tickets have been sold for the Heineken Cup quarter-final between Saracens and Ulster on Saturday 6 April at Twickenham.
A Saracens Supporter Services spokesman said: “The demand has been exceptional, and almost all of our enquiries have been from people with north London accents. Ulstermen hoping to make Twickenham home may be disappointed. If they really want to feel at home, they should probably just stay at home. There again, if they want to sample the special Saracens big match atmosphere – the kind of vibe created by the world record attendance for any club match ever when Saracens played at Wembley last year – then they will obviously be very welcome to join us at Twickenham.”
Stand up for the… Sar-a-cens!
