Move Like A Pro

Twelve weeks has flown by with 29 men aged 35-55 completing the very first Saracens Move Like A Pro course and their hard work has really paid off.

In total they have lost a staggering 210.2kg, which is over two of our powerful centre Brad Barritt, and they have reduced their waist by 165.1cm!

We are recruiting for our next free 12 week course starting on Monday 1st August so if you are a male aged 30+, currently inactive, potentially carrying a little extra Christmas weight and want a kick start to getting fitter and healthier, Move Like A Pro is ideal for you.
