The Developing Player Programme (DPP) serves two purposes within the Saracens Academy Pathway.

  • To provide coaches across the Saracens Region a platform into coaching within a Talent ID programme.

Each Saracens County DPP will have a dedicated coaching group, consisting of a lead and support coaches that are focused on ensuring the continual improvement and support the players within the pathway.

Supporting this will be the Saracens County DPP Administrators who provides a key role in linking players, coaches and medical staff together communicating all vital information regarding the programme.
