Allianz Park to host NatWest Schools Cup semi-finals
The NatWest Schools Cup returns to Allianz Park over the weekend of 7/8 March as the stadium plays host to eight exciting semi-finals.
Following the success of last year’s event, held at the home of Saracens for the first time, 16 teams will again travel to Hertfordshire vying for a place at the Twickenham Finals Day on 25 March.
The semi-final programme is crammed into one action-packed weekend this year, with the U18 Cup and Vase kicking off proceedings on Saturday before the U15s take centre-stage on Sunday.
With the remaining schools having overcome the challenge of nearly 1,000 other teams to reach this stage of the competition, the stakes couldn’t be higher as they look to secure their chance to run out at the home of English rugby.
There will be no shortage of talent on show either – Manu Tuilagi, Anthony Watson, Marland Yarde and Elliot Daly are among the England stars to have featured in the tournament in recent years.
Entry and parking at Allianz Park on both days is FREE and refreshments will be available in the stadium.
For those unable to make it to Allianz, you can watch all the action live on englandrugby.com or follow @SchoolsCup on Twitter for score-by-score updates.
