'Exciting times' for Tight-knit Storm says Wilson

Match winner Jack Wilson praised Saracens Storm's "togetherness" after the winger's last minute try clinched victory against Bath United in the Aviva Premiership A League at The Rec on Monday night.

Saracens were drawing 22-22 after leading 10-22 at the break. After weathering a Bath United onslaught through the second half, the Storm snatched the win in the 79th minute when a Nils Mordt cross field kick found Wilson, who powered over to score.

"We're getting closer and closer as a group," said Wilson who scored twice on the night. "This is our third game as a squad and that togetherness got us over the line tonight. It's exciting times for the Storm."

On his try he added: "It was a great play from Nils. He found me perfectly and from there I just had to do my job, and do what all wingers have to do, and finish it - I'm just pumped that we came away with the win."
