Job Opportunity - Supporter Services Executive

Do you want to join a champion team at Allianz Park?  Well, we're looking for someone to be part of the 2014/15 Aviva Premiership champions in our Supporter Services department.

We are on the hunt for a Supporters Services Executive candidate with a real energy and passion for customer service. The position will part of our front line team responsible for engaging with supporters across all communication channels; phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, unofficial forum, to delivering an outstanding service and engagement to all Saracens and visiting fans.

Candidates will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a functional knowledge of both Facebook and Twitter.

Applicants will need to be an energetic and enthusiastic individual driven by pleasing others and providing exceptional customer service. Nature of the digital engagement will mean responding to messages outside core office hours. Proven experience within Customer Service, CRM and working within a ticketing environment would be beneficial.
