New man Kerr enjoying life at Saracens
New recruit Baden Kerr is hoping to hit the ground running at new-club Saracens, after the Kiwi playmaker joined the club for the 2015/16 season.
Kerr, who can play at both fly-half and full-back, turned out for Saracens at the back end of the 2014/15 season in the clubs 38-3 win against the Army at the HAC in May on the back of a six month loan spell with Bedford Blues after arriving from Super 15 franchise Auckland Blues.
The 26-year old who made his Super Rugby debut for the Blues against Hurricanes in 2013, as well as representing his club Counties Manakau in the ITM Cup, said: “I’m really proud to be at such a successful club, I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to join Saracens.

“Everyone has made it really easy since I arrived, especially the coaching staff who brought me in to start training at the back of last season. It’s given me a chance to get to know the boys and everyone around the club.
“Training has been a lot of fun, but really tough at the same time. Preseasons are hard, you’ve got to put in a lot of work, which is often strength and conditioning based but at the same time we’re all working just as hard as each other to try and get results. It’s tough, but enjoyable at the same time.
“I’m excited for the up-coming campaign. There was a chance to come over to the Northern Hemisphere to play footy and Saracens were kind enough to give me the opportunity. I’m really looking forward to the challenge ahead.”
