MATCH BY MATCH TICKETS – FAQ’S

 

I’ve lost my Match Ticket, what should I do?

Contact Supporter Services who will arrange to reprint your ticket, for which there is a £1 charge. You will need to collect your tickets from the Box Office on match day.

 

I’ve arrived at Allianz Park on match day and realise I’ve left my tickets at home, can I still gain entry to the ground?

Please make your way to the Box Office at Gate B where we will be happy to reprint your tickets, for which there is a £1.50 fee.

The Box Office opens approximately 2½ hours before kick-off.

 

I have an Under 24 Ticket but want to bring along an Adult/ Over 65 to the game, can I pay to upgrade my ticket?

Yes, please contact Supporter Services who will be happy to assist with the upgrade. The same applies when upgrading your ticket from Over 65 to Adult too.

This can be either be done on match day or preferably in advance.

 

I have a spare Adult Ticket and want to bring a friend who is Over 65, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference. This applies to bringing an Under 24 in on either an Over 65 or Adult ticket too.

 

Are you able to print my Print@Home ticket for me?

Yes, we can print your ticket for you at the Box Office, for which there is a charge of £1.50. This will also apply to Mobile Tickets.

 

How do I purchase my disabled and companion tickets?

Disabled and companion tickets are not available online. Please click here for more information.

 

I can’t make the game, can I get a refund?

Our tickets are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your ticket to another game to be played here at Allianz Park in the same season, subject to availability.

You will need to pay an additional amount if you ask for an upgrade, change the tariff of the seat or the game you want to move to is of a higher category.

Additional printing and postage costs may apply.

 

I’ve purchased a match by match ticket package, can I change which games I attend?

Match tickets purchased as part of a Match Day Ticket Package are non-transferrable and non-refundable, although you can always give them to a friend or family member.
