FIXTURE POSTPONED

As of 16th March 2020 Premiership Rugby have postponed the Gallagher Premiership season for five weeks, in line with the advice of Prime Minister Boris Johnson, which confirmed that the Government would no longer support mass gatherings. Saracens fully supports this decision and is working with PRL and EPCR to reschedule all Premiership games, for a later date.

Highlights

Saracens have won each of their last 12 home fixtures against Gloucester with their last defeat coming in November 2008 at Vicarage Road.

Tompkins’ four tries against Gloucester sees him top the try chart for Sarries with Ben Spencer close behind with three.

Sarries will host Gloucester at Allianz Park for the first time since defeating the Cherry & Whites in the Gallagher Premiership play-off semi-final in 2018/19.

On his 100th appearance for the club, Nick Tompkins scored a hat-trick in a 44-19 win and the newly-capped Wales centre dotted down the last time the sides met too.

The Men in Black managed to secure a 21-12 win at Kingsholm with a young squad. Another Six Nations debutant in Ben Earl also scored five points.
