Maya Sign

Saracens Women are delighted to confirm the arrival of exciting Canadian prop Maya Montiel.

Montiel arrives in North London having previously played for University of Ottawa. She made her debut for Canada in June against the USA and is excited for the opportunity to continue developing her game at Saracens.

"It is an honour to join Saracens for the 2022-2023 season. I've followed the Premier15s for a few years and feel privileged to take on this opportunity. It is evident that the team continuously sets higher standards in the sport. They have shown extraordinary skills and conviction to get through many finals. I look forward to further expanding my development and exposure as a person, student, and athlete under the coaching team, as well as the world-class players within the Saracens squad."
