Academy brothers set for England action

The Vunipola’s won’t be the only set of Saracens brothers in England action this weekend, as academy siblings Dom Morris and Oli Morris will be in action for England U20 and England U18.

Elder brother Dom will be one of four Saracens involved in England U20’s Six Nations match against Scotland at Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday (6:15pm kick off), with Max Malins (fly-half), Jack Nay (flanker) and Ralph Adams-Hale (loosehead) also featuring. Dom’s younger brother Oli, who has been a leading light in Saracens U18 side this season, is one of two Saracens’ who have been named in England U18 23-man squad to face Scotland U18 at Preston Grasshoppers RFC on Sunday (2:00pm kick off).

Academy centre Oli Morris will line up at outside centre for England U18, after helping them to a 43-14 victory over France last weekend. Morris, who is the younger brother of Saracens Academy and England U20, whilst back row Andy Christie is named on the bench.

“It’s fantastic to see Dom (Morris), Jack (Nay), Max (Malins), Ralph (Adams-Hale), Oli (Morris) and Andy (Christie) showcase their talents at representative level,” said Academy Manager, Dom Barrell. “Like any player, at any level of their development, it’s pleasing to see them represent the club and themselves and I’m sure they’ll do us proud this weekend.”
