Don't Miss Out On A Space at 1st Leg Athletics Club

Keep your kids active during term time!

1st Leg AC is Saracens Sport Foundation’s Olympic legacy athletics club for children aged 10-15. The club is providing an exciting opportunity for young athletes to train regularly at the fantastic facilities at Allianz Park including the indoor 80m track previously used at the London 2012 Olympics as a warm up track by athletes including Mo Farah, Usain Bolt and Jessica Ennis!

The club has been set up as part of a London wide initiative driven by England Athletics to deliver a grass roots legacy for athletics in the capital from the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, by creating sustainable opportunities to participate in community athletics activity. With several children already progressing from our 4-9 year olds Little Athletics Programme, 1st Leg AC is well on the way to achieving this ambition!

Our coaches not only focus on improving how fast the 1st Leg athletes are running or how far they jump and throw but also, more importantly, on developing the technical skills (‘how’ to run, jump and throw) required to gain the most from participating in athletics and any other sport they may wish to take part in throughout their lives.
