Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager

The role of Assistant Hospitality & Events Manger is a full time position, of 37.5 hours per week based at Allianz Park. The area of responsibility for this role is primarily Hospitality for Match day and Non Match day events. Working with the Hospitality and Events Manager, the individual will be expected to supervise all catering events, for both match day and non -match days. This will involve setting up the function area, ensuring all personnel are trained and briefed and that the function sheets is followed through, and sometimes enhanced if at all possible. Equally all other stakeholders are communicated with and inter-company processes follow.

The role is multi-faceted, pressurized and will require diplomacy, energy, a problem solving attitude, a high level of administration and organization skill and attention to detail.

Events Coordinator

The role of Events Coordinator is to be based at Allianz Park, it is a full time role at 37.5 hours per week. The overall responsibilities is to ensure that Allianz Park clients needs are met to the highest standard whilst maximizing revenue for the organization. The individual will do this by managing all aspects involved in the estimating, planning and organizing of both private and corporate client events hosted at Allianz Park.

Please note that there may be occasional weekend and bank holiday work aligned to this role.

AV Technician

We are seeking to engage with a creative and energetic AV technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all AV requirements within the stadium during events held at Allianz Park. They will coordinate and liaise with all internal/external clients to address their needs/requirements. We are looking to have someone on board very soon as we will be holding an event which we will require support for at the end of August. It is extremely pertinent that the candidates are flexible with their hours as a degree of flexibility will be required to carry out the role as sometimes the hours may vary according to times and duration of events. 

The role is to be based at Allianz Park, North West London.

It is a full time role at 37.5 hours per week.
