Fancy joining the team at the Saracens Sport Foundation? We have a very exciting opportunity at the Foundation for a Fundraising Manager.

The Saracens Sport Foundation is a registered charity which exists to enhance the lives of children and young people through the power of sport. It achieves this through the delivery of high quality and innovative programmes that promote the benefits of sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles. The charity benefits from a close association with Saracens Rugby Club and delivers its work in partnership with key local statutory agencies including County Sports Partnerships, Health and Wellbeing Boards, Schools, and other likeminded organisations.

The Saracens Sport Foundation has developed one of the most effective Sport and Community Development Programmes across the country, receiving numerous awards in recognition of its work.

The charity is looking for a strong and experienced Fundraising Manager who has the ability to further develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that maximises revenues across several funding sources. Experience of generating funds via individual giving programmes, major gifts, trusts & foundations, and event fundraising will be essential, as will the ability to manage a small team to include a Fundraising Executive and part-time Communications Executive. The successful candidate will be proactive team player with leadership skills who enjoys working within a vibrant environment.

Salary will be according to age and experience, and would suit someone who is at their second or third tier of career (i.e. one year already secured as a manager).
