Move Like a Pro Round 2! We’re Recruiting Now…
Move Like A Pro is back for round 2 and sign up is now open for our next free 12 week course in partnership with Premiership Rugby and the Movember Foundation. These sessions are designed for males aged 30+ who are currently inactive, potentially still carrying a little extra ‘winter’ weight and want a kick start to getting fitter and healthier
29 men aged 35-55 have already completed the very first Saracens Move Like A Pro course and their hard work has really paid off.
In total they lost a staggering 210.2kg, which is over double the weight of our new captain Brad Barritt, and they have reduced their waist by 165.1cm!

The sessions focus on improving aerobic fitness, core muscle strength and flexibility starting off with an introduction session with basic health checks and gradually progressing the exercises each week. No previous rugby experience necessary!
In addition to exercise, you will get exclusive access to the Saracens home changing rooms to take part in workshops to increase your knowledge of nutrition, change your behaviour towards food and alcohol and setting individual goals to achieve long term success.
Sessions will run on Monday evenings at Allianz Park at 6:15pm – 7:45pm or 8:00pm – 9:30pm and will start on 1st August.
