Saracens - Outdoor cinema comes to Allianz Park!

Outdoor cinema comes to Allianz Park!

Outdoor cinema has a new home. This summer sees blockbusters take the place of tackle breakers as rugby makes away for the silver screen at Allianz Park for the very first Saracens film festival.

In partnership with Nomad Cinema we’ll be showing Disney adventure Moana and rugby classic Invictus as part of a day of cinema on Saturday 18th August.

Moana tells the story of its title character, who sets out on an adventurous journey across the ocean. The Disney animation, which became one of the most popular family films of 2016, will open the festival as the first film of the day.

In the evening rugby returns to the home of Saracens with a screening of Invictus, starring Matt Damon as Springbok captain Francois Pienaar and Morgan Freeman as President Nelson Mandela. The film tells the true story of the pair’s efforts to unite post apartheid South African through the 1995 Rugby World Cup.

Both films will be shown on the pitch in front of the East Stand with tickets available in the East Stand or on the pitch (unreserved space). A family ticket price is also available for Moana.

Looking to enjoy a screening in style? Hospitality, priced from £55+VAT, is available for the evening showing of Invictus and includes a two course meal in the Tulip Club.
