Saracens to launch Supporters’ Forum


This season Saracens is pleased to introduce the Supporters’ Forum, an opportunity for Saracens supporters to engage directly with senior management representatives from the Club on a regular basis.

The Forum will actively encourage open dialogue, consultation and collaboration between the Club and supporters, and aims to generate a healthy discussion as well as addressing areas for improvement and new ideas to drive the Club forward. The Forum will provide an important opportunity for fans the Club to work together to continue to grow the supporter experience.

Who will be represented by the Supporters’ Forum?

The Forum will be made up of a range of representatives from across the Saracens fan base, ensuring all supporters have the opportunity to be heard. 

Members will represent the following groups: 

North Stand Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

South Stand Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

East Stand Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

West Lower Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

West Upper Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

Hospitality Season Ticket Holders – Three year term

First XV Club Members – Two year term

Saracens Supporters Association – One year term

Sarries on Tour – One year term

U25s Supporters – One year term

Over 65s Supporters – One year term

Disabled Supporters – Two year term

BAME Supporters – Two year term

Women – Two year term

Partner Clubs – One year term

Partner Schools – One year term

Local Supporters, living within the Stadium CPZ – Two year term

The Forum will be made up of a maximum of 18 supporter representatives at any one time. From the above group a Chairperson will be elected who will serve a three-year term. Other representatives will be elected on term lengths of either one year, two years or three years as highlighted above.

When will the Supporters’ Forum meet? 

The first meeting will be held in December 2018, with quarterly meetings following this. Meetings will be held on match day mornings at Allianz Park for a maximum of two hours. 

How are representatives chosen? 

Representatives to the Forum are elected by their fellow supporters. To stand for election as a representative on the Forum please let us know which position you would like to represent by clicking here. The deadline for applications is the 12th November at 12H00, after which time a shortlist of candidates will be made available to supporters for voting. We encourage applications from all supporters, including season ticket holders, match by match supporters and others.

What are the aims of the Supporters’ Forum?

To provide supporters with an organised forum to discuss matters directly with the Club

To help maintain a healthy dialogue between the Club and supporters

To give representatives the opportunity to introduce new ideas and/or raise issues on behalf of their fellow supporters

To allow the Club to better understand issues affecting supporters

To give the Club the platform to discuss future initiatives with supporters

To bring fans closer to the club and give them the opportunity to play a key part in moving us forward

The Supporters’ Forum does not exist to discuss on pitch performance, player welfare or transfer news.

Will discussions with the Forum be made public by the club?

Yes, minutes from each meeting will be published on the club website.
