Women's Six Nations Selection: Seven Saracens involved in Round Four
Seven Saracens Women will be in action this weekend in the fourth round of the 2019 Women’s Six Nations.
Zoe Harrison, Sarah McKenna and Marlie Packer have been named in the starting XV for England as they take on Italy at Sandy Park on Saturday 9th March.
Hannah Botterman, Poppy Cleall and Vicky Fleetwood will be looking to make an impact off the bench for the home team against the undefeated Italians.
Packer missed the win against France due to injury but made a try scoring return against Wales in the third round.
Botterman, Cleall, Harrison and McKenna have been in the match day 23 in each of England’s three matches to date while Fleetwood is making her first appearance in this year’s tournament.
England vs Italy will kick-off at 12H05 on Saturday 9th March and will be live on Sky Sports Action and Sky Sports Mix.
Jodie Rettie has been named on the bench for Scotland for the fourth time in this year’s Women’s Six Nations.
Scotland take on Wales at Scotstoun Stadium on Friday night (8th March) with both teams looking for their first win of the tournament.
The Saracens hooker has come off the bench in each of Scotland’s matches to date and she will go into tomorrow’s match having played a big role in the Saracens Women Development XV’s win over Wasps Ladies last weekend.
That match will kick-off at 19H35 GMT on Friday 8th March and will be live on BBC ALBA.
