Wray wary of dangerous Gloucester

Jackson Wray says a Gloucester side with still a lot to play for this season will provide a tough test on Saturday.

The Cherry & Whites visit Allianz Park looking to secure a top six finish in the Aviva Premiership as well as increase confidence ahead of their European Challenge Cup final against Cardiff Blues next weekend.

For Saracens, Saturday’s match is an opportunity to continue their good form ahead of their home semi-final on Saturday 19th May, which Wray says is the team’s main focus.

He told Saracens.com: ”The week after they have a big, big game in the cup final and they’re going to be playing for places.

“We struggled down there earlier on in the season and we know they’re a very dangerous team. They’re coming here with nothing to lose and they’re going to throw everything at us.

“We need to be on it.”

Wray continued: “It’s up to us build on what we’ve done in the last few weeks.

“We now know we have a home semi-final and for us it’s about building on our performances and building the platform we need to go forward.

“Everything is building and we have to be on it to continue our progression ahead of the semi-final.”
