Saracens complete Chicago tour
Saracens complete their pre-season tour to Chicago today, having made a host of extraordinary memories in one of the world’s great sporting cities.
The Premiership League winners trained for five days at a purpose-built facility constructed by basketball icon Michael Jordan, spent time with the storied Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field and established a ground-breaking partnership with the champion Chicago Blackhawks ice hockey team, twice winners of the Stanley Cup in recent years. The players also spent three days at the Lollapalooza music festival.
Rob Bennett, Commercial and Marketing Director, said: “This trip was prompted by our outstanding relationship with our commercial partners, The CME Group, and it has exceeded every expectation.”
Seven Saracens and England players were photographed with the bust of Harry Caray, the legendary Chicago sports icon, above.
