Please read this document carefully as the terms below apply to your Membership.

In particular, please note that:

  • The Wolfpack and Junior Wolfpack memberships have no end date so run continually.
  • If an individual is purchasing a Membership on behalf of another person, they shall be deemed to have their authority to agree to these Terms.
  • Membership is available only on the basis of one Membership per person.
  • Where a Member receives a home match ticket, the use of that ticket is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

  • Members should inform the Club of any changes to their contact details.
  • The benefits of Membership are as advertised by the Club from time to time. The Club reserves the right to substitute replacement products or benefits as part of the Membership in place of any products or benefits advertised in promotional material. Where this occurs, the Club will endeavour to alter the particular Membership benefit to a different benefit which is of equal or greater value. Any such changes will be communicated to the Member via email.
  • Save for Junior Wolfpack and The Wolfpack Memberships, which operate on a continuous basis, Memberships are valid seasonally for season ticket holders (September – June) and yearly for non-season ticket holders (12 months from the date of activation).

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  1. The Member is deemed to agree to these Terms (i) at the point of payment of the relevant Membership fee, or (ii) if no Membership fee is applicable, at the point of signing up to the relevant Membership. Any individual purchasing a Membership for a third party shall be deemed to be acting with the authority of the Member for whom they are making that purchase, including acting with the authority of each such Member to agree to these terms and conditions on their behalf. Members should allow up to 30 days from date of purchase or signing up to a Membership for a Membership pack to be delivered (if applicable to their Membership).
  2. By purchasing or using a Membership a Member is representing that they are a supporter of the Club. The Club shall be entitled to refuse an application from, or suspend or cancel the Membership of, any Member who: (i) it believes is not a genuine supporter of the Club; or (ii) does not provide the personal details or information that the Club reasonably requires to process or maintain their Membership.
  3. The Club reserves the right to re-brand or re-name a respective Membership or introduce additional membership schemes at any time. Members may, at the discretion of the Club, be transferred to any such additional or replacement scheme without prior notice provided always that they shall be entitled to the same or substantially similar benefits under the new scheme as they were entitled to under the scheme of which they were a Member, and provided that no further cost shall be payable by that Member unless otherwise expressly agreed by that Member. Nothing in these terms and conditions guarantees a Member will be entitled to become a member of any other official membership scheme.
  4. The Club shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide the Membership package as described, however, the Club specifically reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Membership if, in the Club’s sole discretion, it considers such change to be necessary and reasonable. Where the Club does decide it must make a change that involves particular Membership benefits, it shall endeavour to provide a different benefit which is of equal or greater value. Any such changes to this effect will be communicated to the Member via email.
  5. Any match tickets obtained via Membership benefits will be subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms are between the Member and the Club regardless of the manner in which the Membership has been obtained. For Junior Wolfpack Members or any other Members who are minors, the relevant Member’s parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that the Member complies with these Terms, and the Club assumes that such parent/guardian has made the relevant Member aware of these Terms.
  7. By purchasing a Membership a Member consents to their personal information being shared with the Club so that the Club may fulfil its obligations (being the fulfillment of the relevant Membership). The use of information provided by a Member (including a Member’s personal data) is governed by the Club’s Privacy Policy, details of which are at https://www.saracens.com/privacy-policy/.
  8. Membership is personal to each Member, is not transferable and shall not be transferred or re-sold under any circumstances, except where expressly permitted by the Club in its absolute discretion. Membership cards (if applicable), including their copyright, will remain the property of the Club at all times. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of a Member’s Membership card at any time.
  9. So that the Club can effectively communicate with Members, each Member must provide the Club with up to date contact details and keep the Club informed at all times of any changes to such contact details.

AVAILABLE MEMBERSHIPS

  1. The price payable for the respective Membership (if applicable) is set out on the Club’s website.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, Membership does not guarantee that a Member will be entitled to purchase a match ticket for any match or to attend any of the Club’s matches.
  3. Where a Member obtains a match ticket for any home or away match through the relevant application process conducted by the Club, that match ticket shall not be re-sold in any circumstances, save where expressly permitted by the Club.
  4. Certain benefits offered through certain Memberships are not included within the relevant Membership fee, and instead require a separate and additional payment.

RENEWAL

  1. Memberships of the No.10 Pack, 1876 Membership or 28 Club, provided that they were not obtained as part of a season ticket package, will commence when they are activated online and will be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months. Within a reasonable timeframe prior to the end of the 12-month Membership period, the Club will contact the Member to inform them that their Membership is coming to an end, and provide details for the Membership’s renewal process. The terms of such Membership for the subsequent period, including price payable, may differ from the previous period.
  2. Failure to respond to the Club’s renewal communication will be deemed to be an intention by the Member to allow their Membership to expire, in which case Membership will not be renewed and will be cancelled.
  3. If the Member fails to provide the Club with a valid payment method for the renewal of their Membership and the Club is therefore unable to process the renewal of their Membership, then their Membership shall not be renewed (and shall therefore be deemed to be cancelled).
  4. In the event that Memberships of the No.10 Pack, 1876 Membership or 28 Club are obtained as part of a season ticket package, these Memberships will operate on a seasonal basis (i.e. parallel to the validity of the associated season ticket). Towards the end of the Membership period, the Club will contact the Member of such Membership with details for the Membership’s renewal process together with details for renewal of the associated season ticket.
  5. Memberships of the Junior Wolfpack and The Wolfpack operate on a rolling basis and will continue without expiry unless cancelled by the Club or the Member.

LIABILITY

  1. No warranty is given by the Club in relation to the relevant Membership and the Club shall not have any liability to the Member (other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Club) for any injury, loss, damage or expense of any nature arising under this Agreement, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), statute or otherwise.

TERMINATION

  1. The Club reserves the right to:
    • suspend the use of a Member’s Membership and/or all or some of its associated benefits for a period of time;
    • withdraw the use of a Member’s Membership and/or all or some of its associated benefits completely;
    • terminate a Member’s Membership;
    • prevent a Member (either indefinitely or for a period of time) from attending any future match of the Club; and/or
    • bar a Member from any future application process conducted in respect of match tickets;

in any of the following circumstances:

  • the Member fails to comply with these Terms or otherwise misuses the Membership;
  • the Member breaches any of the terms and conditions of any other Club-related scheme in which they are participating;
  • the Member is prohibited (whether by law or otherwise) from attending any sports ground (including the Stadium) or is the subject of football related criminal or civil proceedings;
  • the Member supplies any false or misleading information in any form or application;
  • the Member fails to adhere to these Terms or acts in a manner which the Club considers is detrimental to its interests or is likely in the reasonable opinion of the Club to bring the game of Rugby or the Club into disrepute; or
  • any monies are due from a Member to the Club (in respect of the Member’s Membership or otherwise).

For the avoidance of doubt, failure to observe this clause 20 will, at the Club’s sole discretion, also entitle the Club to prevent the Member from purchasing or obtaining any match day or season ticket, hospitality package, or other Membership maintained, offered or organised by the Club, and will entitle the Club to prevent the Member from accessing the Stadium and/or ban the Member from attending future matches or other events for such time as the Club deems appropriate.

  1. The Club shall not be obliged to make any refund to a Member if their Membership and/or any associated benefits are suspended or withdrawn or if their Membership is terminated by the Club.
  2. if a Membership is cancelled by a Member, no refund will be paid to the relevant Member for any remaining period of Membership.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. If any provision of these Terms is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable the provision shall be amended in a reasonable manner or it may be severed from these Terms and in either event the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. The Club shall at any time be entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation within its group. The Club confirms that: (i) any such transfer shall not adversely impact the Member and/or their Membership; and (ii) it shall use reasonable endeavours to inform Members of any such transfer (for example, by placing a notice on its website of such transfer).
  3. Failure by the Club to exercise or a delay by the Club in exercising a right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or a waiver of any other remedy. A waiver of a breach of any of the terms of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any other breach and shall not affect the other terms and conditions hereof.
  4. These Terms (along with the ticket terms and conditions and the ground regulations for a match if applicable) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no party shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking, made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to these Terms.
  5. The Club reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time (for example, to make changes to the renewal process or to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements), and shall endeavour to publicise such changes on its website or communicate such changes to Members by email.
  6. These Terms shall not affect a person’s statutory rights as a consumer.
  7. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Club and the Member irrevocably agree that any disputes arising under it (and whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club reserves the right to pursue legal proceedings in a competent court of the Member’s domicile, where such proceedings shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
Partners

On the evening of Wednesday 22nd December, a host of Saracens players will be descending on StoneX Stadium to take on the role of coach and give young players from the community the chance to learn from the very best.

The session is open to all players aged U7 – U14 and will provide an opportunity to work with players on a number of skill stations alongside Saracens’ award winning community coaches and high-profile Saracens players under the floodlights of StoneX Stadium on the 4G pitch!

The session will allow young players to train in a fun and enjoyable environment developing individual concepts such as catch & pass, evasion and contact skills. The evening will also allow for players to work on unit development including areas such as rucking, leaching and defence organisation alongside top players.
The coaching session will be followed by an opportunity to collect autographs and mingle with the players responsible for some of the most expansive and entertaining rugby in the Gallagher Premiership.

OVERVIEW

The Saracens Players Coaching Event is Saracens’ most immersive coaching experience. The programme, now in its eighth season, has proven to be a fantastic success generating positive feedback from parents and participants alike.
Saracens profile players are able to attend these evenings to pass on their expert coaching tips to young players across the community. The Saracens players will instil some of the values that drive them, urging young talent to work hard; play with honesty, humility and discipline whilst working together as a team.
Each child will receive their very own limited edition t-shirt to train in and the evening will conclude with an opportunity to collect autographs plus have photos taken with some of the biggest names in the Gallagher Premiership, most of whom are often unable to attend our traditional rugby camps programme.

FEEDBACK

“The evening was fantastic. My son had the best time. It was great to see so many Saracens players in attendance and helping with the coaching. Hats off to you. Will be coming again”
“This was a fantastic event – well organised and well executed by all involved – coaches, players and support staff.”
“Please pass on my thanks to all who helped organise and run the coaching event at Sarries last Wednesday. My 2 boys had a really good time and very much enjoyed training with and meeting the Sarries stars. The coaches and stations were really good and the experience of training on the Sarries pitch will stay with them for a long time. It was a really fun evening and I can’t suggest anything to improve it!”

SARACENS RESIDENTIAL RUGBY CAMP, FEATURING A DAY TRAINING WITH THE PROS

Come and experience the life of a professional rugby player on our residential camp. For four days and three nights you will eat, sleep, train, recover and abide by the Core Values in the same way as the Saracens first team do daily.

Throughout your time with some of our top coaches you will work on differing skills that will make you a more rounded player and give you the ability to view the game from different perspectives on the pitch. You will develop skills in leadership, decision making and goal setting as well as creating a game plan that will suit the players around you, culminating in playing a match at StoneX Stadium on the last day with your families invited to be there to watch.

A day with the pros early in the week will see players experiencing training alongside the professional players in the morning, learning directly from the likes of Maro Itoje, Jamie George and club captain Owen Farrell (players subject to injuries and enforced international leave). After lunch the players will have the opportunity to watch the first team train and ask questions of the management to explore reasoning behind certain activities and improve depth of knowledge that they can take away to their own clubs. There will be an opportunity then for pictures, autographs and questions when the session has finished.

Outside of training the players will learn more about nutrition, the best ways to recover after rugby activity and what work is done away from the pitch in terms of preparation and analysis, all of which will help players achieve their goals set out with coaches throughout the camp.

Our coaches will each bring a range of skills all specialising in different areas of the game. Their knowledge will enable players to work on position specific skills, as well as giving them the opportunity to learn something new, including kicking, scrummaging and passing as well as the contact areas of the game.

Whilst at a Saracens Rugby Camp children will strive to adhere to our core values:

Discipline

We understand our role within the team and commit to be the best that we can be.

Honesty

We are honest with our self and help create a safe environment where others can give and receive honest feedback.

Work Rate

We work together as a team and always give 100%.

Humility

We are good losers as well as good winners and we treat everyone with respect.

  2. Northumberland Park (Abellio Greater Anglia services): approx. 10 mins walk to the stadium and about 1,000 steps.
  3. Tottenham Hale (Victoria line and Abellio Greater Anglia services): approx. 25 mins walk to the stadium and roughly 2,500 steps.
  4. Seven Sisters (Victoria line and London Overground): approx. 30 mins walk to the stadium and around 3,000 steps.

You are advised to check your journey prior to leaving in case of any line closures or diversions.

Travelling through Victoria
Take the Victoria line to Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale, then take a bus to the stadium or walk. If you wish to take the Overground to White Hart Lane, you are advised to board at Liverpool Street.

(If you are travelling through Marylebone you will need to walk to Baker Street to access the Circle and Metropolitan lines).

The stadium is well-served by TfL buses, albeit with some services diverted during the road closure period.

Bus diversions will be minimised, so they are back operating on the High Road as soon as possible after the final whistle.

Before and during a match, services that normally run up and down the High Road (149, 259, 279 and 349) are diverted to the east of the stadium at Lansdowne Road, rejoining the High Road at the Northumberland Park junction.

You are advised to check your journey prior to leaving in case of any line closures or diversions.

Cycling to the stadium

We encourage spectators to cycle to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.  There is ample cycle parking around the stadium and at the Tottenham Community Sports Centre and St Francis De Sales School, with capacity for 220 bicycles across the two sites.

Cycle Superhighway 1 begins on Church Road immediately opposite the stadium and runs to Liverpool Street station.

There is both on-street and off-street cycle parking provided in the local area around the stadium.

Travelling by car

No parking
There is no parking available for general admission fans at the stadium.

The road closures also mean that, if you choose to travel by car, you will not be able to exit any car parking facility within the road closure area for one hour after the final whistle.

Therefore, in most cases, we discourage fans from driving to the stadium, so please explore your public transport options before travelling.

Accessible Parking
