Saracens name side for HAC clash
Saracens have named their side to face the Army in tomorrow’s MXC Capital challenge at the HAC in the heart of the City of London.
England U20s Junior World Championship winner Nathan Earle will make a long awaited return to action, with the exciting Saracens back starting at full-back after recovering from a long-term spell on the sideline’s.
Earle is part of a strong Saracens back three that includes Mike Ellery and Catalin Fercu. Romanian international Fercu returns to the stage where he announced himself to Saracens fans in a four try display against Gloucester in May 2014. He will start on the left wing with former England 7s man Ellery starting on the opposite wing.
In the midfield, Max Wilkins starts in the No13 shirt alongside Bedford Blues player, Baden Kerr who starts at inside centre.
In the halves, LV=Cup hero Ben Spencer starts at scrum-half, alongside Nils Mordt who will captain the side.
Up front, Richard Barrington packs down at loosehead prop with Jared Saunders and Kieran Longbottom also named in the front row.
At lock, Hayden Thompson-Stringer joins Hayden Smith whilst in the back-row the experienced Ernst Joubert starts at No8 with Nick de Jager and Matt Hankin flanking the scrum.
You can purchase tickets on the gate from the HAC’s Chiswell Street entrance. Tickets range from £25, £35 & £50 and will have to be bought in cash.
