Saracens v Worcester Warriors

Saracens next home game at Allianz Park is against Worcester Warriors on Sunday 14th April.

The sides have met each other a total of 18 times in the Premiership, and Saracens have edged contest between the two sides with 11 wins. 

Saracens have been in good form in the league and they haven’t lost a game since February 9th, and they remained unbeaten at their new home Allianz Park.  Worcester on the other hand have had a dismal run away from home.  The men from Sixways’ haven’t recorded an away win since January 14th 2012, and they last won a league game at home to London Wasps at the beginning of March.

The last time these sides played each other, Saracens ran out 22 – 12 winners in an LV=Cup game at Sixways in February; South-African No.8 Ernst Joubert scored Saracens only try that afternoon and scrum-half Ben Spencer kicked 17 points to secure the victory.

This seasons Premiership match at Sixways saw Worcester come away with the spoils in a 12-3 victory, in a game where Saracens had over eight players unavailable due to International commitments.  Andy Goode kicked all Worcester points with three penalties and a drop goal with Nils Mordt scoring Saracens only points with a solitary penalty.
