Saracens Spectator Code of Conduct
The following Code of Conduct has been developed to create a safe and secure environment for all Saracens spectators attending StoneX Stadium. We require spectators to adhere to the Venue specific guidelines which have been risk assessed against the Spectators, the Club, and Stage 5 Guidance. Outside of the Venue, spectators are asked to adhere to UK Government guidelines.
The extent to which individuals adhere to guidelines and standards both inside and outside of StoneX Stadium has a direct impact on the risk of COVID-19 transmission to themselves and the close contacts around them and can directly or indirectly contribute to the event experience of other spectators and to the overall viability of the match day.
The Code of Conduct is circulated in addition to existing Ground Regulations.
Code of Conduct
All spectators who enter StoneX Stadium (including all surrounding land, car parks and other facilities which are under the ownership and/or control of the club) shall:

5. When using stairs, corridors and concourse areas please keep to the left wherever possible, thereby creating one-way streams. Lifts are prioritised for those with accessibility needs.

In line with government guidance, we are able to welcome 2,000 supporters to StoneX Stadium. As restrictions lift we aim to increase the numbers, but we await updates from the government.
Due to the limited capacity at present, we are unable to welcome all our seasonal members to fixtures all at once. We anticipate demand for tickets from our supporters to exceed supply and will be selling tickets for the game online via email invite on a first come, first serve basis.
The club would look to enforce face coverings for all our supporters within the ground, unless they are eating or drinking.
Saracens fully understands some people are exempt from wearing a face covering for medical reasons and that the reasons for this may not be visible to others. We will not ask for written evidence of this.
Some people however may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign.
Tickets prices range from £15 to £35 for adults
The lead booker takes responsibility for the group in attendance.
No. Only event specific tickets, in the form of a printed email or clearly displayed on a mobile device, may be shown to gain entry to the stadium.

Supporters must socially distance and ensure they only sit in the seat allocated to them. Supporters are not permitted to move seats at any time. Saracens Pioneers and staff will be on site to ensure social distancing measures are adhered to (if not part of a pre-determined group/bubble).
In line with our Code of Conduct, any supporters who refuse to adhere to the stadium regulations may be asked to leave the premises.
Supporters must read and agree to our new Supporter Code of Conduct before entering the ballot.
Spectators must not attend if they are suffering from Covid-19 symptoms, however mild, and/or are required to self-isolate. Supporters will be refused entry to the ground should they display any Covid-19 symptoms including a high temperature.

No, supporters may not bring in personal food and drink into the ground. To reduce the need or time required for entry searches, supporters are discouraged from bringing any bags to the stadium. For those requiring a bag the maximum size permitted is A4. Please note there will be no bag storage facilities available.
Yes, the club shop will be open but we would ask supporters to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing when inside.
Due to the limitations of delivering this restricted pilot event safely, not all facilities will be available. There will be music and entertainment on the large screens but limited entertainment and activities around the stadium to ensure no crowd build ups that may impact social distancing.
Government guidance recommends against the use of public transport unless essential; therefore, we ask all fans to try to arrive at the stadium in cars or taxis, either alone or with other members of their social bubble.
Limited parking will be available at the stadium and can be purchased at the same time as purchasing your tickets.
Your email ticket will specify a time for you to arrive at the stadium. This is to facilitate the smooth and safe flow of supporters into the stadium, accounting for temperature, ticket and ID checks at the gate.
Your email ticket will also specify the gate you should enter the stadium.
Please be aware spectators may be asked to wait in their seats at the end of the match to ensure that areas are dispersed to ensure social distancing.
Due to social distancing and the zones at the stadium, supporters will not be able to interact with players as they normally would. Supporters are, at this moment in time, discouraged from asking players for autographs and pictures – if you do, please do not be disheartened should the player in question politely decline.
No. Please leave any balls that come into the stand, alert your nearest Pioneer to its whereabouts if needs be and they will collect and transfer back to the pitch.
