What do I do if I have lost my Season Ticket?

Contact Supporter Services 02036757200 selecting Option 1. There is a charge of £10 for a replacement card.

Your replacement card can be collected from the Box Office at Gate B at the next Allianz Park match day.

 

What if I forget my Season Ticket on match day?

We are happy to print out a paper ticket for your Season Ticket seat, for which there will be a charge of £1.50.

 

I’ve brought last season’s Season Ticket with me, what should I do?

Come to the Box Office at Gate B where we can print your Match Day ticket for you. There is a charge of £1.50 for this service.

 

I have an Under 24 Season Ticket but want to bring along an Adult/ Over 65 to one of the games, can I pay to upgrade my ticket?

Yes, please come to the Box Office at Gate B where Supporter Services will be happy to assist with the upgrade. The same applies if you have a spare Over 65 Season Ticket and want to bring an Adult in on that card.

The upgrade price is the difference between the Match Day ticket price and 1/16th of your Season Ticket price. It is not the difference between the Match Day price of the tickets you are upgrading from and to.

 

I have a spare Adult Season Ticket and want to bring a friend who is Over 65, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference. The same applies if you want to bring an Under 24 in on an Adult or Over 65 Season Ticket.

 

Can I move my Season Ticket seat once the season is underway?

We are more than happy to assist you in moving seats. If you choose to move within the same price category there is a charge of £30 per seat. For upgrades, this service is complimentary.

 

Can I transfer my Season Ticket to a friend or family member permanently?

You can change the name on the Season Ticket card, should you wish to do so. There is a charge of £10 to print the amended Season Ticket card.

If you are paying for your Season Ticket by Direct Debit you will remain as the Lead Client until the Direct Debit scheme ends on 5th March 2019 and must continue to make the agreed payments.

If I can’t make the game can I sell my tickets?

All of our tickets are fully transferable, but it is not permitted to sell your seats other than through the approved Ticket Exchange platform.

If you are found to be selling your Season Ticket seats, other than using Ticket Exchange this may result in your Season Ticket being suspended or even cancelled.

What do I do if I have lost my Season Seasonal Parking Pass?

Contact Supporter Services 02036757200 selecting Option 1. There is a charge of £30.00 for a replacement pass.

This season your Seasonal Parking pass is numbered which will make it easy for us to cancel out your original pass and issue a replacement.

 

I am not going to be attending a game, can a friend use my Seasonal Parking Pass?

This season, the Seasonal Parking Pass is a book of tickets which will make it easy for you to tear out the relevant game.
