Rob Cain (or Beast as he is affectionately known) joined Saracens in the summer of 2014 and in his first year at the club achieved the domestic double winning both the Women's Premiership league title and National Cup. The following season he guided the club to two finals, finishing runner up in both. In the 2016-17 season he added the Singha 7s Women's Premiership title to his honours list.
Before joining Saracens as head coach, Cain enjoyed multiple successes at the UK School Games, coaching London and South East to two national titles in the girl's game.
Prior to coaching in the women's game, Cain was seen on the Invitational Sevens Circuit coaching Templars 7 RFC who enjoyed both domestic and international titles.
Cain is a huge believer in developing players and this has been the cornerstone of his success at Saracens - helping to produce, and more importantly support and give talent, an opportunity.
