A former pupil of Aboyne Academy in Aberdeenshire and a football convert, Anna Stodter works as a lecturer in sports coaching and physical education.
She studied psychology at Edinburgh University and continued to get a PHD in coach learning at Loughborough University, where she took up rugby.
Stodter made her international debut for Scotland at the 2014 Women’s Six Nations.
She also coached the Cambridge University Women’s Rugby Team to victory in the first ever Women’s Varsity match at Twickenham.
