Watson is studying a degree in Natural Sciences at Cambridge University.

An intelligent player, Charlie Watson spent the 2018/19 season on loan to Old Albanian.

His spell with the National League 2 South outfit was his first taste of men’s rugby and coincided with a number of appearances for Saracens Storm in the Premiership Rugby Shield.

The centre made an early impact as a replacement in final against Newcastle Falcons A with his two tries helping Adam Powell’s side to a 55-14 triumph.

Watson will be dual-registered with Cambridge University for the 2019/20 campaign as he continues his studies.
