Janco Venter spent two seasons with Championship side Jersey before signing for Saracens, and was part of the club’s highest ever finish (fourth) in the 2018/19 season.
He arrived with international pedigree having represented Namibia 28 times, including appearances at the last two Rugby World Cups in 2015 and 2019.
The former Stellenbosch University and Western Province forward, who can play anywhere across the back row, scored his first club try against Exeter Chiefs in the 2019/20 Premiership season.
He has played eight times for the Men in Black since arriving from the Channel Islanders, and his strong ball-carrying has caused havoc amongst Championship defences up and down the country.
