Born and raised in Singapore to Danish parents, Nina Vistisen started her time in the UK as a basketball player studying Sports Science with Management at Loughborough University.

She finished her first year having switched to rugby and played for the university and local club team.

During her placement year, she moved to London and began playing for Saracens as well as the England Development 7s squad.

Vistisen was a key member of the Sarries team that won the inaugural Tyrrells Premier 15s title in 2017/18, starting at full-back in the final.

In 2018/19, her versatility proved important as she found herself playing across the backline, including coming off the bench in the final as Saracens retained their TP15s title.
