Born in Johannesburg but raised in Oxford, White is a former national chess champion and an England Under-20s international.

She signed for Saracens Women in 2016 and has been a near ever-present in the Tyrrells Premier 15s since. Her ability to play both fly-half and full-back saw her play for both the first XV and the Development team in the 2018/19 season.

White came through the ranks at Oxford Harlequins, captaining South West England U18s and winning the National Cup with Reading back in 2015.
