2019 Rugby world Cup Winner Vincent Koch’s powerful scrummaging and great ability around the park are two of the hallmarks of his game.
A native South African, Koch joined the club from Super Rugby franchise the Stormers in the summer of 2016 and has grown into a strong crowd favourite at StoneX Stadium as he approaches his 100th Saracens appearance.
He was part of the squad which retained the European Cup in 2017, earning the man of the match award in the semi-final, and has since won another alongside two Premiership titles.
The tighthead prop’s performances over the years have seen him a consistent selection in the Springboks squad having made his international debut against New Zealand in 2015.
His devastating scrummaging made him a central figure in their World Cup winning squad, and he played a key role in the final en route to winning the William Webb Ellis trophy.
