VW Cup 2013 - Last few places

Last seasons Saracens Alan Day VW Cup was a huge success, engaging over 4500 players, parents and coaches from across the Saracens Community. The feedback has been overwhelming and Saracens now aim to build on this success for the 2012-13 season and invite you to join the fun! Do hurry and reserve your team place as availability is now limited at a number of age groups.

Saracens welcome clubs enter the Alan Day VW Cup for the season ahead and in doing so provide an opportunity to visit our soon to be new home, Allianz Park.

The new stadium will host all our match day festivals for the new season and with it boasting a 4G playing surface we have the luxury of being able to provide the experience of actually playing on a premiership pitch for a number of teams taking part. Saracens will utilise the surrounding playing areas and the new stadium pitch itself to deliver a structured competition with qualified and experienced referees; access to Saracens professional players; and of course attendance to see Saracens in action as part of the Aviva Premiership.

Regardless of whether your county has elected to implement these changes or not we still invite you to take part and develop your game with us and enjoy the benefits the festivals have to offer.

Coaches Feedback

“The sea of smiling faces that greeted me the following Sunday morning at training was overwhelming. The event has created a real buzz amongst the players & parents that attended, making my role as a volunteer coach that little bit easier and even more rewarding.”

“I just wanted to convey the very positive feedback I have received from the Tring coaches. Our Lead Coach was particularly complimentary about the orgnisation of the event, and I have had numerous emails from our parents saying what a good event it was and commenting on the excellent attitude of all the organisational staff.”

““Thank You to you and all at Saracens for organising the U10s cup - Tabard U10s had a great day out and enjoyed the festival and the match – please let us come again next year!”

“On behalf of all the kids, coaches and parents from Bishop’s Stortford RFC, I just wanted say a huge thank you to you and your team for organising such a fantastic day for us yesterday. It certainly was a day to remember for all those involved!”
