Patience key to Storm win - Itoje
Saracens Storm skipper Maro Itoje praised his side’s intensity after they proved too strong for Harlequins A in a dominant 3-27 win in the Premiership A League on Monday evening.
The Storm ran in three tries in a stop-start contest that was played in difficult conditions, with Itoje crossing for his side's first try in another impressive personal display from the 19-year-old.
Speaking after the game, Maro Itoje said; “We showed great intensity and work rate to get the result tonight. All round it was a dominant performance. We was told to show more patience at half-time and not to force things, so we wanted to get out there, show some composure, and play the Saracens way.
He added; “We stuck at it, executed our plan and came away with the victory.”
